Four new trustees join Think Malawi

We have four new trustees who have joined Think Malawi.

Richard Porter

Richard Porter is a Managing Director and Co-Owner of a London-based Marketing & Events agency, bringing expertise in marketing, operations and events. He has been involved a number of times with Think Malawi in the past – he’s hosted a fund raising pub quiz, ridden a bike 50 miles wearing a dress, and in 2019 he led his company in an initiative to get employees active in August and raise money doing so.

Claire Jefferies

Claire Jefferies is Group Customer Marketing Director for a Global security company. Based in Geneva, she has 20 years’ experience in commercial marketing roles in major blue chip companies and is excited to be putting her expertise to good use for Think Malawi.

Floris Ruys

Floris Ruys is a Marketing Manager at a consumer technology brand with 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Project Management and Event Management (and a little in Fundraising). He is relishing the opportunity to work together with the other trustees to make a significant difference to local projects in Malawi.

Andrew Baker

Andrew Baker joined Think Malawi as a trustee in 2020. He works as a finance lawyer, with a broad practice ranging from acquisitions to derivatives. In his free time, Andrew is a school governor, Treasurer of the TRG, mentor at SEO and previously stood for Parliament in 2019.

Let’s give them all a big welcome!
